Holistic Facilitator and Wellness Coach
“Holistic Facilitator and Wellness Coach” is an unregulated coaching role in all jurisdictions where Riverstone & Willow operates. It is not a protected professional title under any Member State law and does not denote any form of licensed practice. No psychotherapy (DE PsychThG § 1; AT PsychotherapieG § 8; NL Wet BIG Art. 4; IT L. 56/1989; FR loi 85-772 Art. 44 / Code de déontologie des psychologues), psychological counseling, or healthcare (DE HeilprG § 1; FR CSP L4161-1) services are provided.
This service is also not Lebens- und Sozialberatung within the meaning of AT GewO § 119 / § 94 Z 46 (regulated trade in Austria). The operator is not registered as a Lebens- und Sozialberater in Austria and does not provide counseling or guidance regarding Persönlichkeitsprobleme, Ehe- und Familienprobleme, Erziehungsprobleme, Berufsprobleme, or sexuelle Probleme as defined by AT GewO § 119. All sessions are non-clinical coaching/facilitation conversations only.
No medical care (DE HeilprG; FR CSP L4161-1), psychotherapy (DE PsychThG; AT PsychotherapieG), psychological counseling (NL Wet BIG; IT L. 56/1989; FR loi 85-772), or any other regulated health, welfare, or counseling service is provided.
