Coaching & facilitation only — not therapy, medical care, or crisis support. If you're in crisis, see our Crisis Resources.

These sessions offer focused one-on-one support, adapted to your current situation and goals. Working holistically, we draw on your existing strengths to explore perspective and build a clearer sense of direction.

Gentle, reflective support using embodied attention and mindful inquiry. Notice how recurring beliefs, behavioral patterns, and past experiences show up in your present-day life, and explore a path toward greater self-understanding.

Steady, non-clinical support through difficult times - grief, the loss of someone close, a relationship rupture, or the kind of news that reorders everything. A quiet space to feel what's there, without being rushed to move past it. This is companionship through a hard season of life, not medical care or crisis intervention. (For mental health emergencies, please contact local emergency services.)

Support through the changes you're choosing to make - a career pivot, a sabbatical, becoming a parent, stepping into retirement, or a deliberate season of reshaping how you live. Space to think it through honestly and stay connected to what matters to you.
Meaningful support no matter where you live, even in regions where in-person options are hard to come by.
Whether you're traveling for work or personal reasons, your growth journey continues with you.
Meet from wherever you feel most at ease - no commute and no waiting room, which can help if getting to in-person appointments is difficult or you're caring for children.
Skip the commute and dedicate that time and energy to what truly matters: your well-being.
Receive support in the familiar surroundings of your own home, where you feel most at ease.
Standard sessions last approximately 90 minutes, ensuring we have enough time for deep, meaningful work without feeling rushed. Since everyone processes at their own speed, we may occasionally use a little less or a little more time to honor your individual pace. We will collaboratively determine a meeting frequency that best supports your goals and current needs.
What's included goes beyond the session itself. We work with personalized tools and practices for you to continue with at home; these are designed to support and deepen what we explore together and are an integral part of the process.
The sessions draw on a blend of the listed modalities, coaching and personal guidance, all tailored to where you are and what you need.
One thing I always like to be transparent about before we begin working together: this work asks for real dedication. The work you do in between is just as vital as the time we spend together, sometimes even more so. A commitment to showing up for yourself consistently, not just during our sessions but in your everyday life, makes a meaningful difference.
Clients who engage consistently with the process, including the between-session practices, often describe a deeper relationship with themselves and their patterns. Individual results vary.
Immediately after we finish, it is common to feel quite tired. We cover a lot of ground, and the intensity of the work often leads to a "good exhaustion" similar to the end of a long journey.
Many people find they feel lighter after a session, though individual experience varies. A sense of quiet tiredness alongside a clearer mind is common.
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel within 24 hours, the session counts as used under your plan. You can manage your bookings from the client portal.
This is holistic facilitation and wellness coaching — focused on patterns, self-understanding, and personal development. It is not medical or mental-health care, and it is not a substitute for regulated healthcare.
