How to cancel your coaching plan, and how refunds work
This page explains how to cancel your coaching plan and how any refund is worked out. It is part of your Service Agreement; if anything here and your personalised agreement differ, your personalised copy governs your plan.
Your coaching plan is governed by German law, which gives you 14 days from the day you accept your agreement to withdraw — without giving any reason. This right applies to you wherever you live.
The date your 14-day period ends is shown in the personalised copy of your agreement that we email you on enrolment. If you withdraw within that period, we refund what you paid — subject only to a deduction for any sessions you chose to take early (see below).
You can ask for your sessions to be made available immediately, before your 14-day cancellation period ends. If you do, you still keep the full right to cancel within those 14 days. But if you have already had one or more sessions in that time and then cancel, we keep an amount for the sessions you actually used and refund the rest.
The amount we keep is the per-session share of your monthly price — your monthly price divided by 4, one share for each session you took. Sessions you have not used are refunded in full.
After the 14-day period you can still end your plan early at any time. When you do, we refund the unused sessions of the month(s) you have already paid for, at the per-session share of your monthly price (your monthly price divided by 4) for each unused session. Sessions you have already taken are not refunded.
You cancel your plan yourself, from Settings → Billing in your client portal — look for the “Cancel my plan” option. It is not hidden, and cancelling is as straightforward as signing up.
Before you confirm, the portal shows you the exact amount that will be refunded and what happens to your upcoming sessions, so there are no surprises. You can also cancel by contacting us using the trader details in your personalised agreement.
We make any refund within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation, and by the same means you used to pay, unless we agree otherwise with you. Once your plan is cancelled, your past sessions remain visible to you for your records, and you are welcome to re-enrol at any time.
In the rare case that we cannot continue your plan — for example, if we decline before your first session — we end it and refund you in full, and let you know.
